His doctor, who thinks nobody cares about him anymore, advises him to make some changes to his routine, so Santa decides to take a holiday instead of delivering gifts.  Mrs. Claus  unsuccessfully tries to convince him otherwise, so she enlists two elves named Jingle and Jangle to find proof that people still believe in Santa. Jingle and Jangle set out with Santa's youngest  reindeer  Vixen, but are shot down by crossfire between the conflicting Miser Brothers: Snow Miser, who controls the world's cold weather, and Heat Miser, who controls its warm weather. Jingle, Jangle, and Vixen come upon Southtown, a small town in the southern United States. They ask a group of children, including a boy named Iggy, if they believe in Santa, but they are skeptical. About 60 years earlier, the Great Ak finds an abandoned baby in the snowy woods on the border of the Forest. He gives it to the lioness Shiegra to raise. However, after hearing about the discovery of the infant, Necile, a Wood Nymph, steals him from Shiegra and goes to the Great Ak, begging him to let her raise the child. After initial concern that a human was brought into the Forest which is against the law, the Great Ak allows Necile to raise the child while Shiegra stays to protect them. The program is set in the fictional town of Junctionville,  New York  around the turn of the 20th century.  Santa Claus  is offended by an  anonymous  letter printed in the town's newspaper (and signed "all of us") claiming that he doesn't exist. In response, Santa returns the entire town's letters to them unopened. Upon reading the anonymous letter printed in the  newspaper , Father Mouse — a  mouse  assistant to the human clockmaker Joshua Trundle — immediately suspects that his brainy son Albert is its author. Albert confirms his suspicions, repeating the letter  verbatim  to him. Father Mouse and the Trundle Family devise a plan to appease Santa by building a singing clock tower for him, built with a special recording to play a song to coax him not to bypass Junctionville on  Christmas Eve .                                       Official North Pole Seal.                             The Legend of Frosty the snowman.  Frosty the Snowman travels to the town of Evergreen, which is seemingly idyllic but full of unhappy children who must follow harsh rules. Frosty tries to play with Mayor Tinkerton's son Tommy, but he is afraid of displeasing his uptight father, who keeps the family and the town on a strict schedule and favors Tommy's obedient older brother Charlie. Seeing he cannot reach Tommy yet, Frosty finds Tommy's best friend and neighbor, a nervous boy named Walter Wader, and convinces him to play in the snow with him one night. Walter has so much fun that he walks into school confidently the next day. Word spreads about Walter breaking curfew and having fun, prompting the school's principal Hank Pankley to complain to Mr. Tinkerton.                                      Official North Pole Seal.                                 Frosty's winter wonderland.  This Frosty movie was made back in 1976. Another movie done  by the legendary team of Arthur Rankin and Jules Bass. In this   Rankin/Bass classic we have Frosty returning to town cause he made a  promise to them that he would return one day and after he hears about  the first snowfall he heads back to them but he gets to feeling lonely so  the kids from town decide to made him a snow wife, named Crystal.  Jack Frost sees the children having fun with Frosty and get jealous, he  steals Frosty's magic hat but finds out later after he is far from town that  he stole the hat from one of the horses. Crystal comes to life after Frosty  presents her with a bouquet of frost flowers, they all celebrate but Jack  Frost returns and sees this and with a gust of wind he blows Frosty's hat  from his head and taunts that Frosty is gone and gone for good but  Crystal p
